Bulk Food Orders through OSA

Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) food chains include Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking, Red Ribbon, Burger King, and Greenwich. This bulk order has the following conditions:

• Minimum of Php 5,500 worth of food order per day for Jollibee and Burger King. 

• Minimum of Php 6,000 worth of food order for Mang Inasal, Greenwich, Red Ribbon & Chowking. 

Steps

1. Kindly send an email to jbagasbas@ateneo.edu, and CC rojas@ateneo.edu, [insert OSA FO], and the AMS CFO dennis.go@ateneo.edu (if not sent by the FO).

2. In the email, indicate the following:

• Name of Org 

• Name of Activity

• Date & Time of Activity 

• Venue of Activity

• Designated Eating Time & Venue

• Point Person

• Contact Number of Point Person

• List of Order

• Total Amount

Notes:

• Please submit the items listed above as bullet points, not as a paragraph.

• The person designated as the point person, along with their provided contact number, will be the one contacted to receive the delivery during the day.

Notes

• Value meals and fries are not allowed. 

• Order must be placed at least three (3) working days before the date of activity.

• Orders above 100 must be placed at least one (1) week before the date of activity. 

• OSA will be the coordinator for all bulk orders. Please make sure to check the status in the email. 

• Contract will be provided by JFC and signed by OSA. 

• Make sure that the project is approved or part of org's budget.
