For this year, membership points gained by serving as a project head or as a core team member of any project will only be recorded after the accomplishment of the Project Head and Core Team Evaluation Form or the E5 Form. With that said, please ensure that everyone answers the form. It is highly encouraged that the E5 Form be posted, and even accomplished, during the post-processing session to all the attendees. This form will be created and disseminated by the Internals Office, so please coordinate with them should there be any concerns on the evaluations.
Additionally, the Internals Office may choose to conduct post-event individual consultations (ICs) for project head or core team members to gather more feedback and valuable insights. The selection of interviewees will be left to the discretion of the Internals Office. However, if any members of the project team are interested in scheduling an individual consultation with the office, they may include it in their response to the E5 Form.
For this year, membership points gained by serving as a pool head or as a pool deputy of any pool will only be recorded after the accomplishment of the Pool Head and Deputy Evaluation Form or the E6 Form. With that said, please ensure that everyone answers the form. The accomplishment of the E6 Form happens twice in a year: (1) End of the First Semester, and (2) End of the Second Semester. This form will be created and disseminated by the Internals Office, so please coordinate with them should there be any concerns on the evaluations.
After conducting any related evaluations, a summary of the results will be provided to the project or pool head involved through the Project and Pool Head Feedback Report or the R1 document. The document is a compilation of all the feedback from their core team members and AMS ExeCom members. The R1 is given to the project heads as soon as possible, while pool heads can receive their respective feedback reports one during the mid-year and another during the year-end.
All project heads, pool heads, core team members, and pool deputies will be receiving Project and Pool Feedback Report or the R2 document for being involved in their respective project/pools. The R2 document collates all feedback from the evaluation forms and post-event discussions gathered by the Internals Office. This includes both a quantitative breakdown of evaluation metrics, and qualitative enumeration of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the project and the team. Reports may be sent out anywhere from a week to one month for projects, while reports are only generated at the end of the school year for pools.
If any core team member or pool deputy is interested in getting a report for their performance in their respective initiatives, the Core Team and Deputy Feedback Report, also known as an R3 document, will be generated for the member. The information found in the report is a compilation of feedback from fellow team members, their overseeing project/pool heads, and the ExeCom, if applicable. The report can be requested upon answering the E5 form for core team members, and the E6 form for pool deputies.
