Every project is a ✨learning opportunity✨ and post-processing ensures that both the process and the people behind it are given space to reflect and grow. This session allows teams to revisit their journey, assess what worked and what didn’t, and celebrate the efforts of everyone involved. Through honest feedback and shared insights, we not only improve our future projects but also strengthen how we collaborate, lead, and support one another as a community.
The Project Post-Processing serves as the culminating activity of a project and marks the official end of the school year’s project iteration. The post-processing session is done at most two (2) weeks after the end of project implementation.
During the post-processing, the attendees are asked to look back at their project experience, reflect on their learnings, and review the positive and negative aspects of the project specifics. This includes the evaluation of technical aspects, project goals, and core team dynamics.
For a post-processing session to be considered valid, the following conditions must be satisfied:
The overseeing project heads of the project should be present during the meeting to lead the post-processing meeting.
At least one of the supervising ExeCom members should be present during the meeting to guide the post-processing.
At least one core team member from each committee should be present during the meeting to give feedback for their respective committees.
If possible, a representative from the Internals Office will be present to help oversee the post-processing of the project core team. Otherwise, the session must be recorded for documentation purposes.
Together with your overseeing Department or Office Heads, facilitate the post-processing following the flow in the file. The questions indicated in the guide are not meant to be answered individually, and should only serve as guide questions for the post-processing session.
