Recommended for when large venues (Escaler Hall, Leong Hall, F AVR) have already been reserved for events involving 100+ participants.
Process for reservation:
For reservation and venue availability, visit the 2nd floor office in the New Rizal Library. It is recommended that you reserve as early as possible. There is no fixed reservation window.
Notes:
Event must have more than 100 participants
Priority is given to non-internal projects
Recommended for events with physical activities (e.g. LTS or Mathventure Amazing Race).
Note: reservation is NOT free. Consult with your respective Finance Associate before reserving.
What can be reserved:
Multipurpose court (8 courts), maximum capacity of 50 people per court
Process for reservation:
This is booked through the P.E. Department in 2nd Floor Old Communications Building (near Covered Courts). Look for Sir Christian.
Notes:
Fee for using the Court: PHP 350
Only available for use after 5:00 PM on weekdays

Cervini Field, UD Basement Function Hall, and IRH Field
Process for reservation:
Email brabara@ateneo.edu, pbucton@ateneo.edu, mbvillanueva@ateneo.edu, and residencehalls@ateneo.edu for approval of the use of University Residence Hall (URH) Facilities and with the following details regarding your event:
Total No. of Participants
Your required equipment/materials
A sketch of your space set-up
Other pertinent details
Once the URH Admin approves and schedules the venue reservation, contact CFMO (lsreservations.fmo@ateneo.edu) for overtime charges and personnel needs, if needed.

Coordinate with CFMO through their LS Reservations Consultation Zoom or through a window transaction. Look for Sir Argel.
Reservation requires an endorsement of an office or a department.
You may obtain OSA endorsement through Sir Janlo (jcapuyan@ateneo.edu) or a Math Department endorsement through Doc Errol (egarcia@ateneo.edu)
